Refund Policy
Cancellation 5 Days Prior
If you cancel your order at least 5 days before the scheduled delivery date, you will receive a full refund minus a service charge of $15 or 10% of the total payment, whichever is larger.
Cancellation 3 Days Prior
If you cancel your order 3 days before the delivery date, you will receive a 50% refund of the total amount.
Cancellation Less Than 3 Days
Cancellations made less than 3 days before the delivery date are non-refundable.
Return & Replacement Policy
If you are not satisfied with your item for a valid reason, you may request a replacement if the recipient returns the item within 3 working days of delivery. Please note that refunds are not available for returns.
